Specialized Technologies

We synthesize chemicals for any volume between a few mg to several hundred mg whether there is a formula or not. We also develop new synthesis route, perform additional test for patent and document, do research on production scale-up and custom research focused on productivity improvement. We also provide you production lines capable of manufacturing up to several hundreds kg. You are welcome to call us for a spot or long-term contract. Furthermore, we will provide high quality separation and refinement process with state of art technology based on our experience on the field to meet the customers' requirement.

New Product & Developed Product

SK-1 is a photosensitizing dye with high conversion efficiency and high durability. KNC has licensed from Shimane Institute for Industrial Technology and Osaka university and developed mass production technology for SK-1.

Specialized Manufacturing Equipment

Addition to synthetic reaction of general organic compound, we have special equipments such as low temperature reactive facility with the lowest temperature limit of 100 C degree, autoclave and photochemical Reactor. And then we have several kind of analyzer such as 500MHz NMR.

Qualification for Quality Control

We have a quality assurance system lead by QA sections located in each plants and labs. Especially in the process of manufacturing pharmaceutical products, with help of QA section, we provide products manufactured under GMP standard.

Qualification for Environmental Issues

We pay attention to environment measure too. Our industrial waste are properly treated by licensed waste-disposal company and we have alkali scrubber as well as deodorization unit for exhaust gas treatment.
