We have expertise in manufacturing intermediates for medicines and agricultural chemicals, flame-retardants and other chemicals. Especially we excel at synthesis of phosphorus compounds.
Phosphorus oxychloride, phosphorus trichloride, propylene oxide, and ethylene oxide are available as materials.
Daihachi Chemical Industry consists of two major departments. Manufacturing engineering department in Neyagawa plant focus on market needs and their main task is to explore combination of existing technologies from various perspective. At the same time, Product development department in Handa plant pursue the subject which to become the fundamental technology in the future.
We have reactors for general organic syntheses as well as distillation apparatuses with a capacity from several hundreds kilograms to several tens tones.
We have obtained ISO 9002 certification and take all possible measures to ensure the best quality assurance system.
All the sewage is treated by activated sludge system. We have obtained ISO-1401 certification.
